We explained what we were wanting, showed an example picture. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were greeted by the most unhelpful employee. My daughter (a satisfied multiple time customer) and I went in for matching tattoos. I wish I could even comment on the quality of work at this location but I cannot. If you want a good tattoo experience you may want to bring your business elsewhere! But for the piercings. My friend was super relieved when I said we would not be getting them. My friend went in hoping for some creative advice but when she wasn’t sure exactly how she wanted the word styled home girl was more annoyed at her than helpful. The place was supposed to be open for another hour and a half, there was no one else there, and we both wanted a 6-letter word. The sizes were negotiable but she was nooot working with us. She made us very uncomfortable and refused to do “small lettering”, and then complained about having to do a “big” tattoo when I explained that one letter would be bigger than the others. I got my first tattoo from Kitty and she did a really amazing job, although it was a pretty simple tattoo and took maybe 10 minutes, but I took my friend there for her first tattoo and she totally lost our service. But it seems he’s the reason for almost all the 5-star reviews, so about the tats. The piercer Red deserves 5 stars! I got all my piercings with him and he’s incredibly informative, personable, and enthusiastic about what he does.
